Code of Conduct

At Reiki With Miki, we're committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, inclusive, and healing environment for everyone. To ensure this, we ask all clients and practitioner to adhere to this Code of Conduct:

  • Respect: Treat everyone with kindness, consideration, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, offensive comments, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Confidentiality: Any personal or sensitive information shared during Reiki sessions should be treated as confidential. Neither clients nor the practitioner should disclose or discuss such information outside the session without the explicit consent of the other party.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional approach at all times during the Reiki sessions. Clients should understand that Reiki is a form of energy healing and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

  • Communication: Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully. If you have any concerns or questions before, during, or after your session, please feel free to express them.

  • Punctuality: Please be on time for your sessions. This respects not only your practitioner's time but also other clients who have appointments.

  • Non-Discrimination: We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability. Discrimination or bigotry of any kind is not tolerated.

  • Compliance: Comply with all our policies, including our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in cancellation or termination of your session and/or refusal of future sessions. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Reiki with Miki reserves the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update this policy at any time. We encourage clients to periodically review this policy to stay informed of our Code of Conduct. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further clarification.
