Payment Policy

At Reiki With Miki, we strive to make our payment process as clear and simple as possible. Here is our policy on payments:

  • Payment Timing: Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or cash for online bookings.

  • Failed Payments: In the event that a payment fails or is declined, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the payment issue, your appointment may be cancelled.

  • Late Payment: If payment is not received at the time of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our services are subject to change. However, once your booking is confirmed, your price is locked in and will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.

  • Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are not typically provided. For information about exceptions, please see our combined Cancellation and Refund Policy.
